This division or business unit is the main administrative arm of the group, providing support services in the form of Accounting and Personnel Management advice in addition to policy setting and enforcement.

Established in 1985, Haleck Island Motors is the authorized dealer of Nissan and Kia vehicles in American Samoa. HIM carries genuine parts and accessories for Nissan, Kia including a wide selection of other vehicle makes and models. Trade-in vehicles are accepted provided certain conditions are met. HIM offers in-house financing of vehicle purchases based on a credit evaluation of the buyer.

Operations also include a workshop providing after-sale services such as repairs and maintenance of vehicles sold by HIM and a selection of other vehicle brands.

Ottoville Development Company commenced operations in the 1970s and manages a full community of residential homes and commercial buildings, establishing a reputation for providing quality U.S. standard homes. Tenants for the residential properties are comprised mainly of senior executive employees of companies, military personnel, and government contractors. Over the years, ODC has branched out into leasing commercial buildings offering warehouse space, office space, restaurant and bar facilities, wholesale commercial space and manufacturing facilities.
